Clerk for one year ending at Lady day last as a Gratuity
upon the usual condition of his not collecting money from
the Parishioners.

Engine Keeper

John Iselton< no role > was put up and chose Keeper of the Fire
Engines for the year ensuing.

Overseers

Mr. Benjamin Smith< no role > present Church Warden , Mr.
Thomas Hudson< no role > , Mr. Henry Rutt< no role > , and Mr. John Colebrooke< no role >
were severally nominated to be Overseers of the Poor for
the year ensuing.

Auditors

Ordered that Mr. Tutet, Mr. Green, Mr. Hudson, and
Mr. Hawkins, late Overseers, Mr. Rutt, and Mr. Colebrooke< no role >
or any three of them be appointed Auditors to audit the
account of Mr. Church Warden Smith, the same to be
audited in one month after Ascension day.

Then Mr. Church Warden Smith adjourn'd the Vestry
until further notice.
