The Minutes of the last Vestry of the 4th. July read
and confirmed, also the Account current of Mr. Benja
Smith
< no role > late Church Warden , upon which it appeared
that Mr. Smith had received on the Parish account
£1057..1..10. and had expended £616..12..11. and that
the Ballance due to the Parish was £440..8..11. which
had been proved by Mr. Church Warden Dod under the
Commission of Bankruptcy issued against Mr. Smith.

Insolvency of
Church Warden

Mr. Church Warden Dod then acquainted the Vestry
that he had been applied to, to sign Mr. Smith's Certifi-
cate, and desired their advice and directions on that
occasion, and the same being considered, A Motion
was made and seconded, and the Question put, That
Mr. Church Warden Dod do sign the Certificate, which
was carried in the affirmative.

Account

Mr. Church Warden Dod produced his account of
Monies received and paid to this time pursuant
to Order of Vestry of the 4th. day of July last, from
which it appeared that Mr. Dod had received on
the Parish account£315..14..9

In which payments Mr. Phillips' Bill to Midsummer
was included, and that he had been wrote to by the
Vestry Clerk to send in his Quarterly Bill due as
Michaelmas.
