Collector and Sidesman in the room of Mr. Mauduitt.

Organist
Organ Tuner< no role >

Ordered that Mr. John Bennett< no role > be continued Organist
for the year ensuing, and Mr. George Griffin< no role > Tuner and Cleaner
of the Organ.

Sexton
Bellows Blower
Parish Warder

John Iselton< no role > was then put up and Chose Sexton,
Bellows Blower and Parish Warder. And It was Ordered that
Ten Pounds ten shillings be given to him as a Gratuity over
and above his Salary for his service during the past year.

Parish Clerk

Ordered that a Sum not exceeding Twenty Pounds
fifteen shillings be paid to Mr. John Winter< no role > Oswin Parish< no role >
Clerk for one year ending at Lady day last as a Gratuity upon
Condition that he doth not collect any money from the
Parishioners in lieu of Wages and that he constantly discharge
the duties of his place.

Engine Keeper

Then John Iselton< no role > was put up and Chose Keeper of the
Fire Engines for the year ensuing.

Overseers

Then Mr. Robert Boyd< no role > , Mr. Peter Pope< no role > , Mr. Richard James< no role > .
and Mr. Thomas Hudson< no role > were severally nominated to be
Overseers of the Poor for the year ensuing.

Auditors

Ordered that Mr. Pope. Mr. James Mr. Hebert, and Mr.
Hudson, the late Overseers, Mr. Maynard, Mr. Chauntrell, Mr.
Kippax, Mr. Green and Mr. Gretton, or any three of them be
appointed Auditors to audit the Account of Mr. Church Warden
Boyd the same to be Audited in one Month after Ascention day.

Fire Escapes

Mr. Church Warden Boyd then acquainted the Vestry
that he had given directions for Three Ladders to be made for
Three, Two and on pair of stairs Stories to be ready in case of
Accidents by Fire. Mr. Allen thereupon Moved that Mr. Boyd
be allowed the Expense of the said Fire Ladders upon the
Audit of his Account, and being seconded the Question was
put and Carried, and It was Ordered accordingly.

Bell Ropes

Ordered also that new Bell Ropes be provided and
that Mr. Boyd be allowed the Expence thereof upon the Audit
of his Account.

North Church
Yard

Mr. Chauntrell complained that the Church Yard on the
North side was in bad Condition, and Moved that the said
Church Yard be put in Order and locked up that it might
not
