Mr John Moggridge< no role > being next in nomination was
put up to Serve the said Offices and Chose, but he desired
to be admitted to Fine, and the Question being put It was
carried in the Affirmative.

Ordered That Mr. John Moggridge< no role > be Excused
from Serving the Offices of Constable Scavenger of Inquest Man
on Paying the Fine of Fourteen Pounds.

Then Mr. Thomas Hudson< no role > and Mr. Robert Boyd< no role >
were severally put up to Serve the said Offices for the Years
ensuing and Chose.

Collectors of
Lamp Tax.

Then Mr. John Haydon< no role > and Mr. William Lem< no role >
were severally put up to Serve the Offices of Collectors of
the Lamp Tax for the Year ensuing and Chose.

Common
Council men

Afterwards Mr. George Maynard< no role > Mr. Willm. Chesson,
Mr. John Theed< no role > , and Mr. James Hebert< no role > were severally
Nominated, and Ordered to be Returnd to the Wardmote for
Common Council Men for the year ensuing.

Church Clock
and Chimes

Mr. Church Warden Kippax acquainted the Gentlemen
present that this Vestry was held pursuant to Public notice
given in the Church to consider of the Repairs of the Clock and
Chimes, and on other Affairs.

And Mr. James Green< no role > reported to the Gentlemen present
that the Clock and Chimes were very much out of Repair and
deliverd in two several Estimates of the Repairs necessary to
be done, the one amounting to Forty Pounds, the other Thirty
which He desired to Read and he read the same accordingly
