Ordered that Mr John Haydon< no role > and Mr John Chauntrell< no role >
be Added to the Gentlemen appointed a Committee for the purposes
Aforesaid.

Overseers .

It was then Moved by Mr Robert Crafton< no role > That Mr Church
Warden William Kippax< no role > together with Mr John Chauntrell< no role > be
desired to wait on the Lord Mayor< no role > Tomorrow Morning with a
List of Four proper persons to be named and Appointed by him
for Overseers of the poor for the year ensuing and being
Seconded by Mr James Hebert< no role > Junr the Question was put on
the said Motion and past in the Affirmative

Parish Boundaries

Ordered that on Order of Vestry made the 26th day of
April last for the Choice of Parish Officers for the year ensuing
and for the better Ascertaining the parish Boundaries and
other Affairs be now read And the same was read accordingly

Ordered that the said Order of Vestry made the 26th
day of April last be now Confirmed

Banking Account

Afterwards Mr James Hebert< no role > Junior acquainted the
Gentlemen present that he had great reason to believe there
would remain a considerable Balance belonging to the parish
in the hands of Mr Leech the late Church Warden upon
the Auditing of his Account, He therefore Moved that such
part of the Moneys that they should think proper which
should Appear to remain in the Hands of the said Mr
Leech upon the said Audit might be paid over to Sir Joseph
Hankey & Co until' the same could be laid out for the
Benefit of the parish And was Seconded by Mr Goodson
Vines, but Debates Arising And three or Four of the Gentlemen leaving
the Vestry there was not then as sufficient Number left
therefore the Question could not be put on the said Motion
