This Vestry was Summoned by Mr.
John Perkins< no role > Upper Church Warden for the
Choice of Parish Officers for the Year
ensuing Vizt. Church Wardens Sidesmen
and Collectors for the Poor.

Mr. John Mynde< no role > chose Upper
Church Warden, but he made it
his Request to be Admitted to Fine
for the sd. Office. And the Question
being whether Mr. Mynde shod. be
Admitted to Fine any former Order
or Orders to the Contrary It was
Carried in the Affirmative

And Mr. John Mynde< no role > was putt in Nomination to serve
the Office of Upper Church Warden for the Year ensuing
and being chose Mr. Mynde made it his Request to the
Gentlemen in Vestry to be Admitted to Fine for the said
Office And the Question being afterwards putt whether
Mr. John Mynde< no role > should be Admitted to Fine for the
said Office of Upper Church Warden any former Order
or Orders of Vestry to the Contrary notwithstanding
It was Carried in the Affirmative by a Great
majority.

Ordered that Mr. John Mynde< no role >
be Admitted to Fine for the Office
of Upper Church Warden on Paymt.
of £16. having before Served
Under Church Warden & Collector
for the Poor any former Order of
Vestry to the Contrary notwithstandg.

Ordered that Mr. John Mynde< no role > be Admitted to Fine for
the Office of Upper Church Warden for the Year ensuing
on Payment of the Fine of Sixteen Pounds having
before Served Under Church Warden and Collector for
the Poor any former Order or Orders of Vestry to the
