Mr Richard Froome< no role > Excused
from serving the Offices of
Constable Scavenger &.
Inquestman for one Year
on his Undertaking to.
Serve or Fine for ye. Same
the next Year without.
further Notice or being
called upon In Case he
continued in the Parish.

Year ensuing But Mr. Froome being heard on his place
Desired to be now Excused from Serving the said Offices By Reason
he should soon Quitt the Parish But in Case he should Continue
in the Parish another Year then he undertook to Serve or Fine
for the said offices without further Notice or being called upon,
And Mr. Froomes Request being taken into Consideration It was
Ordered by a Majority of the Gentlemen present That Mr. Froome
be now Excused from serving the said Offices for this Year upon
his Undertaking to Serve or Fine for the said Offices the next
Year without further Notice or being called upon in Case he
Continued in the Parish.

Mr. Henry Frimling< no role >
chose Constable
Scavenger & Inquestman.

Then Mr. Henry Frimling< no role > was putt in Nomination to Serve
the Offices of Constable Scavenger and Inquestman for the
Year ensuing and chose.

Mr. Theodore Martin< no role >
chose Constable Scavenger
& Inquestman but
Exempted on paying
the Fine of £12.

Then Mr. Theodore Martin< no role > was putt in Nomination to
Serve the Offices of Constable Scavenger and Inquestman for
the Year ensuing and chose But Mr. Daniel Taylor< no role > moved on
Behalf of Mr. Theodore Martin< no role > that he might be Exempted
from serving the said offices on paying the Usual Fine of
£12 And the Question being putt It passed in the Affirmative.
Ordered That Mr. Theodore Martin< no role > be Exempted from serving
the offices of Constable Scavenger and Inquestman on paying
the Fine of £12.

Mr. Samuel Richards< no role > .
the Same.

Then Mr. Samuel Richards< no role > was putt in Nomination to Serve
the offices of Constable Scavenger and Inquestman for the
Year ensuing in the Room of Mr. Theodore Martin< no role > and chose
But Mr. Samuel Richards< no role > also desired to be Exempted from
serving the said offices on paying the usual Fine of £12 And the
Question being putt it passed in the Affirmative.
