Mr Tirrell moved that ye.
Sextoness to be Chosen shod. hold ye same
for no longer Term. than a Year
& afterwards be chosen Annually
wch. also passed in ye Negative.

Then Mr Tirrell moved that the Person to be Chosen
Sexton or Sextoness shod: hold the said Office for no longer
a Term. than a Year and afterwards be chosen Annually
in Easter Week. And the Question being putt on the said
Motion It passed also in the Negative

Ordered yt: ye: Pson to be Chosen
Sexton or Sextoness shod. hold ye.
Same until Easter 1732 and
afterwards be Chosen Annually
in Easter Week

Afterwards the Vestry came to the following Resolution (Vizt.)
Ordered That the Person to be Chosen Sexton or Sextoness.
of this Parish shall hold the Same from the time of
such Choice untill Easter 1732 And from that time
for the future the Parish will proceed to Choose a
Sexton Annually in Easter Week

Mrs. Godwin chose Sextoness.

Then The Widdow Godwin & Mr Smith were severally
putt up to serve the office of Sexton of this Parish in
the Room of Mrs. Smith deced. And the Choice fell on the
Widdow Godwin by a Great Majority
