Gentlemen present that the End of this Meeting was
to Choose Ward Offices for the Year Ensuing Vizt.
Constables Scavengers and Inquestmen

Mr Cartwright Admitted to Fine
for all Ward & parish offices on
paying ye. Sum. of £24: only.

Then Mrmoved in Behalf of a Gentleman
who had very lately become an Inhabitant of this
Parish That he might be admitted the Fine for all
Ward and Parish Offices on paying the Sum of twenty
four Pounds only. Which Motion was taken into
Consideration and the Question being afterwards
putt Whether the said Gentleman should be Exempted
from serving the said Offices on paying the Sum of
twenty four Pounds only It was Carried in the
Affirmative. And then Mr Thomas Cartwright< no role >
was named to be the Person.

Ordered that Mr. Cartwright be Exempted from
the Service of all Ward and Parish Offices on
paying the Fine of twenty four Pounds only.

Mr Hargrave & Mr Watton Chose
Constable Scavenger & Inquest-
men

Afterward Mr Hargrave Mr John Watton< no role > , Mr
James Fell< no role > and Mr Hastings Ingram< no role > were severally
putt in Nominatilon to Serve the Offices of Constable
Scavenger and Inquestmen for the Year ensuing
and the Choice fell on Mr Hargrave and Mr Walton

Exempted from sd. Office one
paying ye. Usual Fine

It was then moved on the Behalf of Mr Hargrave
and Mr Watton to Exempt them from Serving the
said Offices They severally paying the usual Fine
And the Question being putt on the said Motion
