ye Repair whereof by
Estimate would come to
above £40.

Parish should think reasonable, Mr Church warden also Represented that the
said House was much out of Repair, and that it appeared upon a View and
Estimate taken by an unable Workman, the necessary Repairs of ye said House would
Amount to above the Sume of Forty Pounds.

A Comittee to be chosen
to Inspect ye. Repairs
wanting & to heat with
Mr Sanders or any other
for taking a Lease with
power for them to [..]
Wainscotts Etc Scheduled
& belonging to ye former
Tennant.

It was thereupon moved that a Committee should be Chosen to
inspect the Repairs Wanting, and to give them Authority to Treat with Mr.
Saunders or any other Person or Persons for taking a Lease of the said House,
upon such Terms as such Committee should think reasonable with further
Power for them to Treat with Mr Hutchins< no role > for the purchase of the
Wainscotts and other things belonging to the house and Reserved in the Schedule to Mr.
Saunders Lease, and the Question being put on this motion It was Carryed in
the Affirmative Nem: Contradicente.

A Comittee Chosen of ye
Alderman , 3 Common
Councell men ye Church
wardens & Overseers
of ye poor.

It was also Moved that the following Gentlemen Vizt Mr Alderman
Hankey, Mr Joseph Hankey< no role > , Mr William Hawys< no role > , Mr Thomas Hoare< no role > , & Mr Thomas Oyles< no role > the two
Churchwardens for the time being and the Overseers of the Poor should be the
said Committee And the Question being put on this Motion It was Carryed in the Affirma-
-tive, and they were Chosen Nem. Con.

Ordered ye sd Gent, or any
4 of them shall be a
Committee, who are to
to Report their proceedings
to ye Vestry.

Ordered that the said Gentlemen or any four of them shall be
a Committee for the purposes aforesaid, who are to make a Report of their
proceedings to the Vestry, for their approbation.

The Lease of part of ye
parish Lands at Ware
being Expired.
Refend to ye same Comittee
to treat wth ye present Tennt
is any other for taking
a New Lease.

Then Mr Churchwarden Hussey acquainted the Vestry that the
Lease of Part of the Parish Lands at Ware in the Occupation of Benja. Pattman< no role >
expired at Michaelmas last, It was moved that be Reforred to the same
Committee to treat with the present Tennant, or any other Person or Persons for
taking a new Lease of the said Land, And the Question being put is was
Carryed in the Affirmative,

The Comittee to Report ye
Condicon of ye Land, and
their proceeding to the
Vestry.

Ordered that the said Committe Do Report the Condition of the
said Land, and all their Proceedings to this Vestry for their approbation.

A Matter of Complaint
relating to a heap of
Rubbish in ye North
Church Yard, Referrd to ye
sd Comittee

A Complaint being made that a great Heap of Rubbish
lyes in the North Church Yard, which in time will greatly damage the
Wall of the Church Yard, It was Ordered to be Referred to the said Committee
to enquire into the Ground of such Complaint, and if found true to take
the most proper methods for clearing away the same & that they Report their
Proceeding to the Vestry.

Ordered two new Books
for ye use of ye Comunion
Table (not exceeding £4)

Ordered, at the request of Dr. Smith, two new Books be [..]
for the use of the Communion Table (not exceeding the Price of four [..] .
