At the Vestry Mr. Ralph Eaden< no role > was Excused from holding the
officies of Constable Scavenger and Inquestman on paying
the usuall Fine of Twelve pounds

Mr. Quare and Mr. Cheslyn
Fined for ward Offices

Mr. Jeremiah Quare< no role > This name instance is in set 1488. and Mr. John Cheslyn< no role > were likewise
admitted to Fine for the said offices of Constable Scavenger
and Inquestmen

Mr. Christopher Torlass< no role > was nominated to Serve said
offices but he appeared and Insisted on his Priviledge as
Kings Land Waiter and therefore desired to be Excused
But this Vestry not thinking it a Sufficient Excuse chose
him to Serve Ward offices accordingly

and offices

Then Mr. Isaac Levey< no role > was put up for Constable Scavenger
and Inquestman for the year ensueing and chose accordingly

Mr. James King< no role > and Mr. Presswell< no role > were put in nominacon
for Second Year Inquestmen and Mr. King was chose

Dod & Mr. Mercer returned

Then Mr. Samuel Travers Mr. William Haws< no role > Mr. Thomas
Oyles Mr. Edward Bridgen< no role > Mr. John Dod< no role > & Mr. Thos. Mercer were Severally nominated to be
returned to the Wardmote for Comon Councelmen for the
year Ensueing and upon being put to ye. Vote were
ordered to be returned accordingly

Mr Thomas Davies< no role > haveing desired to be Removed from the Seat where he
formerly Satt into the Pew No1: on the South side in the Middle Isle the same
was taken into Consideracon and Granted accordingly
