for Ward Offices

At this Vestry Mr Joseph Hankey< no role > was excused from all
Ward Offices upon paying the usual Fine of Twelve pounds

Mr Clark & Mr Shippey fined
for ward offices

the said Offices of Constable Scavenger and Inquestmen

Then Mr Edward Bridgen< no role > Mr John Dod< no role > Mr Henry

William Hawes< no role > and Mr Thomas Oyles< no role > were severally
nominated to be returned to the Wardmote for Comon Councel
Men for the Year ensueing and being severally putt to
the Vote were chose accordingly

Mr Churchwarden Hawes reported to this Vestry that
the rest of the neighbouring Parishes in this Ward were
not inclined to join in the erecting a Workhouse for the
imploying the Poor and therefore the Consideration of it
was deferred to another time.
