Opening of the
Organ
Ordered nemine ContradicentThat the Organ be opened the second
Sunday in June without further delay.
At this Vestry Mr: Philip Hart< no role >
Senr
was putt in Nomination
to be chose Organist for this Parish and was chose accordingly to Continue
during the pleasure of this Vestry.
Whereupon it was putt to the Vote whether the said Mr Hart
should be allowed a Sallary of £25 or £30 PAnnm.
And it was agreed and ordered that the said Mr Hart should have
£30 p Annm for such Service payable quarterly and to Commence from
Midsummer next.
Mr Hart being called in and acquainted that he was Chose Organist
and was to have £30 P Annm for that Office Returned his thanks
to the Vestry for Such his Election And promised to give a constant
attendance Every Sunday and also on all Such Holydays as the
Doctor
of the Parish should appoint
Mrs Fox and Mr Wm Kimpton< no role >
were putt in nomination
to blow the Bellows of the said Organ and it being putt to the
Vote Mrs. Fox was chose And it being also putt to the vote
whether she should have 3 or £4 P Annm It was ordered
that she should have £3 P Annm And that she Should be
Indulged so as to imply one of her Sons to blow the said
Bellows
in her stead.
