The Committee for erecting Ye.
Organ reported that they
had agreed for building [..]
with Mr: Harris< no role > for Building
ye. Organ}

At this Vestry the Gentl . who were appointed a Comee to heat about
the Setting up Erecting & Finishing a Handsome and Compleat Organ for the use
of the Parish made a Report that they had In pursuance of the Trust reposed
in them seen severall Organs that were already built But did not approve of
them And that they had likewise treated with and Seen the proposalls of
Severall Organ Makers and had at Last Agreed that Mr: Renatus Harris< no role >
should make such Organ for the Parish provided this Vestry did approve of
the Same.

Whereupon the Question was putt whether this Vestry Did Approved
of the Comee Choice of Mr: Renatus Harris< no role > to be the Organ maker for ye said Parish
and it Passed in the Affirmative

The Committee to a have an
authority to Contract with
Mr: Harris for building the
Organ}

Whereupon the Gentl : of the Comee desired that they might have
the Leave and Authority of this Vestry to Enter into a Contract with the
said Renatus Harris< no role > for the makeing the said Organ in such Manner &
Forme as they in their Judgement should think proper which was agreed to by the Vestry And they were
likewise desired by the Vestry to Obtain a Faculty for the Building of the said
Organ.

At this Vestry the severall Gent. who were Subscribed towards
Building the said Organ Agreed to pay in their Severall Subscripcon
Moneys into the hands of Mr: Deputy Hankey who was pleased to
Accept of the Same and agreed to give them Receipts for such
their Subscripcon Money.
