Mr. Cotton and Mr. Howland and Chozen accordingly and
to be allowed five pound each towards their Charges & to
be paid when Sworne into their offices
Then Sewall Debates ariseing about the fine for all Ward
offices in order to putt a Stop there unto for the bettr. & Choice
of officers and whether to Continue the last order for
twelve pound or not exceeding fifteen or to raise it to
fifteen the Prvions question was putt whether that Question
should be putt it was putt to the Vote and Carried in the
affirmative
Fine for all Ward Offices voted
to be £15. for Yr. future.

pound and carried by a great Majority.
