Then was putt to the Vote the persons following to be
Auditors of the Account of Mr. Thomas Tewseley< no role > upper
Church Wardens Vizt. Mr. Phillips Mr Pernell Mr. Black
hall, Mr. Stannard Mr Ferris Mr Thomas Mr
Rawlinson Mr Shakle Mr Gibson Mr Hall Mr
Lee & Mr Lambe, And it was ordered that they or
any five of them should be sufficient to audite the same
Account And the said audite to be made on the fourth
Day of May next ensueing.

Vestry agreed to make a Lease
to Jacob parker< no role > of the houses
in Collier Row for 11 Yeares
under the same rents & Covents.

Afterwards the Vestry agreed to make a Lease to Jacob Parker< no role >
of the house Etc in Collier Row for the Terme of Eleaven
yeares from Michas next under the same Rent & Covenants
as in his present Lease determinable at Michas aforesd. and
that the Vestry shall agree with such Workmen as they
shall think fitt to repaire the same.

Then was read the petition of James Levingstone< no role > &
Ann his Wife praying to be allowed a Competency by
Establishment; which being putt to ye. Vote. Ordered
that the Churchwarden should pay to them at his discretion
a Sume not exeeding Six pounds nor under five.
