cheifely for the choice of Ward Officers to serve for the yeare ensueing (vizt)
Scavengers Constables Inquestmen and Comon Councellmen:

Then was put in nominacon for Scavenger Constable & Inquestman Mr
John Hall< no role > and being Put to the vote was fairely chosen into all the said
places for the yeare ensueing

Mr John Hall< no role > fined for all Ward
offices 10

Then Mr John Hall< no role > desired that hee might Fyne for the said offices which
was allowed paying the usuall fine of tenne pound which he agreed to
pay accordingly

Mr Ezekiell Hall< no role > Fined for all
offices 10

Then Mr Ezekiell Hall< no role > was putt & for Scavenger Constable & Inquestman
and was chosen accordingly but desired he might alsoe Fyne which
was granted paying the like fine of tenn pounds

Mr Goodlad fined for all Ward
Offices 10

Then Mr John Goodlad< no role > was put up and Chosen into the said offices of
scavenger Constable and Inquestman but requested the Vestry to bee
admitted to Fyne and allowed paying the said fine of tenn pounds.

Mr Cole fined & for all Ward
offices 10

Then Mr Lawrence Cole< no role > was put up for Scavenger Constable and
Inquestman and chosen accordingly but desired to be excused
paying the usuall fine of tenn pounds which was granted him.

Mr Lee fined for all Ward
offices10

Then Mr Francis Lee< no role > was nominated Scavenger Constable and
Inquestman who was chosen but desired to Fyne which was allowed
of paying the fyne of tenn pounds

Mr Hallam fined for
constable & Inquestman

Then Mr Richard Hallam< no role > was putup & chosen into all the said offices but a
requested that he might be admitted to Fyne for two vizt Constable and
Inquestman which was allowed of paying only eight pounds for
a fyne
