Mr Tyrens fined for all
Ward offices 10

Then Mr Francis Tyrens< no role > was put up and chosen for Scavenger
Constable & Inquestman but desired to Fyne which was allowed of
paying the anustomary Fyne of tenn pounds

Mr Holmes excused for
One yeare

Then Mr Edmund Holmes< no role > was nominated and chosen for Scavenger
Constable and Inquestman but desired to be excused for one yeare
haveing binn but a little time in the parish

Mr Ames chosen Scavinger
Constable & Inquestman

Then Mr Edward Ames< no role > was put up and chosen into all the said offices
vizt Scavenger Constable and Inquestman

Mr Baughan chose Inquest
men & Mr Benett & Mr Bennett
fined 40 for said Office

Then Mr Daniell Baughan< no role > and Mr Isaac Bennett< no role > were putt up and
chosen Inquestmen But Mr Bennett desired to be excused paying to
a fyne Forty shillings which was granted him

Mr Harvey chosen
Inquestman

Then Mr Richard Harvey< no role > was putt up for Inquestman and chosen
accordingly:

Mr Carey chose Constable

Then Mr. John Carey< no role > was nominated Constable and put to the
Vote and chosen accordingly:

Then was putt up for Comon Councellmen the persons following
vizt Mr Deputy Wood Mr James Smith< no role > Mr William Phillips< no role > Mr
William Thomas< no role > Mr William Layfeild< no role > Mr Robert Parnell< no role > Mr
Walter Ryan< no role > who were severally put to the vote & the choice
fell upon Mr Deputy Wood Mr Phillips Mr Thomas Mr Layfeild
and Mr Ryan

Francis Whinyard< no role >
Chose Vestry Clarke

Lastly Mr Churchwarden acquainted the Vestry that they were
vacant for a Clarke for the Vestry And prsented Francis
Whinyard Attorney in the parish which was put to the vote
and the said Francis Whinyard< no role > was unanimously chosen
by the Vestry for their Clarke his Sallary to Comence from
Michmass last:
