Court continued Septr. ye. 3d. 1723 .

Renter Wns. Bond.

The new Renter Wardens Bond was sealed & left in the Clerks hands till
next Court day.

Mar. & Wardens Sworn.

This day Mr. Thomas Dawson< no role > , William Ogborn< no role > Esqr . Mr. John Edden< no role >
& Mr. Richd. Groswell< no role > Master & Wardens elected for ye. Year ensueing
took the usuall Oaths for the Same & places accordingly.

Auditors appointed.

Ordered That Mr. Andrews, Mr. Reckword, Mr. Moore, Mr. Thomas
Bowcher
< no role > , Mr. Abbey, Mr. Boddell & Mr. Oliver or the major part of
them do auditt the last Renter Wardens Accounts on ye. nineteenth day
of September instant at 9 of the clock in ye. Morning in ye. Auditt
Chamber in the Hall & report ye. Same at the next Court day.

Pentioner s.

Ordered That Eliz: Burbank< no role > & Mary Storey< no role > be admitted Pentioner s
Vacansy's shall happen in Turn.

Ordred. a Lre to Godalming
abt. Almsmen & repairs
of Mr. Roakers house

Ordered That the Clerk do write a Letter to Mr. Roaker the Compas.
Tenant at Shackleford to know whether the Almsmen have removed
the Shedds from before their Apartmts. & that he may acquaint
those who have neglected or refuse to do it. that their Pensions will
be Stoppt, & likewise that they must not erect or settup any Shedd
or other Building within 10 Yards of the Hospitall at least on pain
of Expulsion, and likewise that he procure a Bricklayer to view
the Wall of his house which wants repairing & learn what it will
cost to have ye. same built with Brick & send an Account by the
Latter end of this Month.
