to be Clerk to this Company in the Room of Mr. Richard Hutton< no role > the
late Clerk deced It is therefore Ordered That the sd. John Michell< no role >
be, and is hereby declared to be duly Elected & chosen Clerk to this
Company and to have receive & enjoy the Wages Fees & Profitts
belonging thereto, and as other Clerks have before Carefully received &
taken, And the sd. John Michell< no role > was imediately after sworn Clerke
accordingly, and had the Possession of the Clerk's House & of the Books
& Writings belonging to the sd. Company delivered to him by the present
Master & Wardens.
