Court continued June ye. 4th. 1723 .

The Master & Wardens reported that pursuant to an Order of the last
Gewall Court of this Company, they had met & treated with the minister
& Churchwardens of the Parish of St. Helens within Bishopsgate
London, on ye. 17th. day of May last, concerning the renewall of the
Lease of an House held of the sd. Company & Parish in Bishopsgate
Street , by William Poole< no role > Citizen &of London, & in
his prsence., & by his consent came to an Agreemt. as follows,
That the sd. William Poole< no role > shall have a new Lease of the sd. House to
comence from the expiration of his present Lease thereof, for 21 Years
at ye. yearly Rent of £30. payable at the days & times, & under the same
Covenants & Agreemts. as are in his present Lease thereof; Vizt. to the
Company fifteen pounds a year & to the Parish fifteen pounds a Year
In case of any Law Suit abt. a Party Wall of an House adjoyning to Mr.
Poole's, & belonging to the Company of Plummer's, the charges of such
Law Suit are to be equally born & paid by the sd. Company & Parish on
speedy notice in writing to them respectively given after comencemt. of
such Suit.

Report & Agreemt. abt.
Pooles House.

Mr. Poole is to be obliged to layout £100. in repairing the sd. House to ye.
Satisfaction of the Company & Parish, with in 7 Years from ye. sd. 17th.
day of May last, And when the Same shall be so done He is to be
allowed out of the Rent growing due forty pounds in money Vizt. by
the Company Twenty pounds, & by the Parish Twenty pounds.
which Agreemt. being read was allowed of & confirmed by this
Court.
