The Committee having taken the above Report into consideration
unanimously approved of the proceedings of the Sub Committee.

Place.A Petition was received from John Gearing< no role > praying to be restored
to his place of Superintendant of the Prisoners and promising
to act with the greatest propriety and attention to his duty.

Permitted to resume
his place till next
CommitteeResolved, that John Gearing< no role > be permitted to resume his
Superintendce of the Prisoners till the next meeting of the
Committee.

The Steward represents
the conduct of Couling
& Sanderson.The Steward reported that in obedience to the order of the
Committee of the 9th. July last the Lodgers in Mr. Coulings
House had quitted their premises but that a Lodger in Mr.
Sandersons House still continued therein.

represented to the
Court.Resolved That the conduct of Mr. Sanderson in disobeying
the order of this Committee be represented to the next General
Court.
