Alterations in
Women's PrisonThe Surveyor having reported that the alterations and Repairs in the
Womens Prison so far as respected the Contract were nearly completed.

Surveyor to give direcons
for Fixtures.Ordered the Surveyor do give directions for fitting up the Bath
and Wash house and for putting a Range in one of the Stories And a
Stove in the Infirmary and likewise a Cistern for the use of the [..]
Prisoners.
Ordered the Surveyor to give directions for two Wooden Bedsteads
and such other Carpenters work as he thinks necessary for the seperate
Cells and other rooms.
Steward to provide
Bedsteads & Bedding.Ordered the Steward to provide 12 Wicker Bedsteads and
Bedding such as are used at the Philanthropic Reform.
Surveyor's Report
Alteration of Men's
Prison.The Surveyor having Reported that the Buildings on the South West
side of the Womens Prison may be converted more commodiously with
respect to Air Space and other Advantages into a Mens Prison than
the present.
To prepare PlanOrdered the Surveyor to prepare a plan of the same for the
consideration of this Committee and that he take special care to provide
for keeping the Cells intended for the Apprentices distinct and separate
from the other Prisoners.

House adjoining to the Womens Prison for the residence of the Porter.
