The Committee now met Resolved that the
Return to the Order of the House of Commons
should be of the Total Amount of the Poor Rate up
to the 5th. April 1800 which is £4476-6-8
And the Overseers in Consequence of the Letter
wrote to them by order of the last Meeting on
the 12th. Instant attending this Meeting with
their Books the Sum of Money collected thereon
appeared to be only £4111-16-9 so that the
Deficiences on the said Rates amount to £364: 9s:10d
Resolved that Notice be taken of the said
Deficiences in the said Return And on
Motion being made and seconded that Notice be
likewise taken in the said Return of £55 paid
out of the said Rate to the London Workhouse
and
the Monies paid thereout to the Families of Persons
serving in the London Militia the further
consideration thereof [..] after some Debate thereon
was postponed till Tomorrow afternoon at 4 o Clock
to which time the Meeting was further adjourned
