to answer the following Questions with all Possible
Expedition
By what Rule are the poor Rates assessed in your

On the Rach Rent or on any proportional part
thereof [..] and how much is levied per pound [..] or
on any Estimate of the supposed Substance of each
Person Rated [..]
And if the latter in what manner is the
