Income rated thereto for the Relief of the Poor [..]
each Parish with in the Bills of Mortality a [..]
the Parishes of Pancrass and Mary lebone
distinguishing in each Case whether the R [..]
are made at a Rack Rent or in what proper

I have received the above Copy of a Resolution
the Honorable House of Commons from the Lord
Commissioners of his Majestys Treasury req [..]
me to give the necessary Orders for such an Account
being made up as far as respects the Parishes
within the City of London And I transmit [..]
you in Order that you may make a Communication
thereof to the Vestry Clerk or principal Churchwardens
of every Parish within your Ward

And that the Vestry Clerk write to the last Overseer
the poor to desire they will compleat their Collect
in the Interim in order the better to enable the
Churchwardens to make the said Returns.
