The Churchwardens Overseers of the Poor and
Vestry men now met made a Rate for the Relief
Employment of the Poor of the said Parish for
thirteen Weeks from the fifth day of January
last.

Resolved Unanimously that before the [..]
of the next poor Rate a General Survey shall
made of all Houses assessable thereto within the
said Parish
