Mr. Gibson's Proposals were of Opinion that the same
required Explanation in several respects

That after mature Deleberation the Committee
being of Opinion that it would be most advantages
for the Parish that a Building Lease of the said
Premises for Sixty one years only should be granted
And the Houses to be Erected & built in front of the [..]
Ground should not be less than of the Second Ra [..]
of Building according to Act of Parliament we [..]
opinion that the following Terms would be [..]
and just between the Parish & any Person will
to take the said Ground on a Building Lease [..]

The Term to be for Sixty one years to comm [..]
from Lady day 1788. at the clear yearly Rent of
Thirty Pounds payable quarterly

That atleast two but not more than three
substantial brick Messuages or Tenements att [..]
than of the second Rate of Building agree [..]
to Act of Parliament should be built in front of
said Ground and that atleast One Thousand
Pounds more should be laid out and expend
on substantial brick Buildings on the back Ground

The said rent Houses to be compleated on
before the Twenty fifth day of March 1788 h [..]
said Buildings on the back Ground within the s [..]
of three Years herefrom

That all Buildings to be Erected on the sa [..]
Ground should be Erected wholly thereon and
