partly thereon and partly or any other adjoining Ground, but
that the whole of the said Parish Ground and Buildings there
should be kept as one separate and distinct Estate
That the Lease should be subject to the above Conditions
and contain also all the Common
Covenants Conditions Clauses
Articles Provisoes and Agreements between Landlord and
Tenant usually contained in Building Leases
That the Lease shall be Granted as soon as
conveniently after the said front Houses are Compleated
but not before, And Thereupon Directed Mr.
Fisher the Vestry Clerk to write the said Terms inform of
Proposals & Call upon Mr Gibson therewith to know whether
he would comply therewith, or to Explain his said
Proposals already delivered in by him to the [..] Committee
and Mr. Fisher to Report Mr Gibson's Answer on Saturday
then next the second day of this Instant December at
Twelve of the Clock at Noon to the Committee [..] to which
day and hour they adjourned
That the Committee met pursuant to their said
last mentioned Adjournment when Mr Fisher Reported
that pursuant to their Directions he had waited upon
Mr Gibson with the Committee's said Terms inform of
Proposals, and that Mr Gibson having perused the
same Declared his approbation of and Agreement [..]

That the Houses to be Erected in front of the said
Ground should not be less than of the Second or third
