Examined Auditted and allowed whereby It appears that he
hath received the Sum of Four Thousand and Thirty five
Pounds one Shilling and three pence farthing and paid laid
out and disbursed the Sum of Three Thousand Nine
Hundred and
thirty three Pounds Eighteen Shillings &
three pence farthing So that there remains due from him
to the Parish to Ballance the Sum of One Hundred and
one Pounds three Shillings which was Ordered to be
paid by him to Mr John Chamberlain< no role >
the present Upper
Churchwarden
for the use of the Parish And there being
in the said Mr Baker's hands a Promisory Note of
Charles Brown< no role >
dated 16. November 1786 payable to
the said Mr Baker or Order three Months after Date for the
Sum of Eighteen Pounds four Shillings which is not
included in the foregiving Accounts the said Mr Baker
was directed to deliver the same to the said Mr.
Chamberlain for the Parish Use and thereupon the
abovementioned Ballance in Cash and Premisory
Note were paid and delivered to Mr Chamberlain
accordingly
