Thomas Gamull< no role > sent in his proposals in Writing, where in he
bids Five hundred pounds for which he Expects annually Forty
Pounds payable Quarterly during the Life of Katherine Edwards< no role >
Spinster who will be aged Thirty three in august next, to Commenes
at Christmas next and if that should be Agreeable he will
advance the other One Thousand pounds

Mary Bolton< no role > of Rotherhithe Widow aged Fifty Years Sent
in her proposal in Writing to advance Three hundred Pounds
at Eight percent

Robert Sturgeon< no role > of Ratcliffe highway Pawnbroker Sent in
a proposal in Writing that Susannah Clark< no role > of Virginia Street
Spinster Aged 37 years would advance Two hundred Pounds
for Seven percent

Mr. Henry Barlow< no role > proposed to Advance One Thousand Pounds
at Six and an half percent on the Joint and separate Lives of
himself (aged Fifty Years) and of his Wife (aged Fifty three Years)
and also to advance a further Sum of Five hundred Pounds
at Seven percents on the joint and separate Lives of himself &
his said Wife

Martha Bailleur< no role > Spinster aged Forty two Years proposed to
advance Four hundred Pounds at Eight pounds PCent

This Vestry are of Opinion that Mr. Barlow is the best
Bidder And Agree to Accept of his before mentioned Proposal
(provided they are authorized by the Act of Parliament to Grant
for Joint and separate Lives) And Ordered the Vestry Clerk
to make out & prepare proper Annuity Orders accordingly.

And then the sd. Mr. Barlow Signed the following Agreement
(vizt.)
