The Vestry were then proceeding to take into Consideration the
providing of Furniture and Beds for the new Workhouse
but
postponed concluding thereon till it be known Whether therein
any & what Ballance remaining in the hands of Mr Loder the
late Upper Churchwarden, due to the Parish.

The Lease of the Parish's
3 Houses in Hounsditch
one of which
is in the tenure or occupation of Francis Pearse< no role >
, another of Mary
Gladwin & the other of the Widow Rogers being near expired and the
sd. three Tenants being desirous to treat with the Parish for taking
the same respectively for a further Term, Resolved and Ordered
that the Churchwardens and Overseers take a Survey of the sd.
Houses, receive proposals from the sd. Tenants and Report
their Opinion to a future Vestry.
This Vestry ascertained the Sum of £600, to be raised by the
Poors Rate for the relief & Employment of the Poor of this Parish for 13
Weeks from the 5th. day of July last.
