There can be no doubt, the Court of Chancery would decree a pa [..]
issue a Commission for that purpose, if Mr Harding's Title to [..]
admitted; but in order to have it so admitted, he must bring
the Parties before the Court who make Title to the other
the Estate in question: Nor can I suggest any other Meth [..]
Proceeding, If Mr Harding is resolved to bring the Matte [..]
Issue without delay - But as the Expence of such a £ [..]
may be very heavy, I should rather advise him to waite
of the Suit now depending; when the right to the ths.

Right is Setled.
