Agreed and Ordered that the Overseers of the Poor for the time
being Collect the Poor's Rate monthly and pay the same into the Hands of the Treasurer
for the Time being

Ordered that the Names of the Committee be put up in the
Committee Room at the Workhouse

Ordered that the Committee of the Workhouse be the Auditors
of the late Churchwarden Mr: Accounts and that any five of them
have power to act the whole being Summoned

Adjourned till tomorrow at this Place at two of the Clock
in the Afternoon to finish the Poor's Rate

At a Meeting pursuant to the above Adjourment
September the 8th: 1742

At this Meeting a State of the Upper Churchwardens Accounts
of his Receits and Disbursements to the 7th: Instant being taken into Consideration
and it appearing that the like Rate as the last Thirteen weeks was made will be
Sufficient for the next thirteen Weeks commencing from Midsummer last for
the Relief of the Poor &c.
