Mr. Sabe likewise Acquainted the Vestry that at a late a Meeting of the said Mr.
Lee's Creditors held under the Commission of Bankrupt against them at
Guild hall London It was Agreed by the Majority of the Creditors present
that the said Commission should be Superceded, provided this
Parish will Accept of such Composition for the Monies due to them from
the said Mr Lee, as the rest of this Creditors may think proper
to Accept for the Debts due from him to them respectively
Whereupon It was Resolved and Agreed by this Vestry to Accept
of such Composition for the Monies due to this Parish, as the Rest of the
said Mr. Lee's Creditors may agree to Accept for the Debts due to them
respectively.

St. Botolph Aldgate

At a General Vestry held for the Freedom & Lordship
Parts of this Parish in the Vestry Room in the Church
on Thursday the 13th: day of March 1766 . pursuant to
Notice given in the Church on Sunday Morning last
immediately after Divine Service

Read & Confirmed the Minutes & Proceedings of the last Vestry
The Committee appointed at the last General Vestry now
Reported that having met and carefully Examined the Accounts
of Messrs. Lee & Layton Renter Churchwardens for the Year
1764 Do find that the said Mr Lee has (exclusive of monies
which he has reced on Account of the Church Rates [..] for the
Years 1764 & 1765 and monies paid to Workmen for
Repairs
