Mrs. Ann Bovey< no role > who gave in two Proposals at the last Meeting
the Feoffees for taking ye 2 Houses in High Street in ye Occupation of Josh. Bromhead< no role > & Tho Smith< no role > on a Building Lanenon appeared and gave in another Proposal
vizt. that She wouldgive paywould take the same on
a Building Lease for 61 years to Commence from Lady day next
and would pay a Fine of £100 and Ground Rent of £10 P Ann
which Proposal the Feoffees taking into Consideration did not
Accept

Mrs. Ann Bovey< no role > [..] Appeared at this meeting and gave in
to the Feoffees the following, Proposal for taking the Two
Houses in Aldgate High Street on a Building Lease Vizt. that She
would pay the Feoffees a fine of £126, and pay a Ground Rent
of £10 P Ann clear of Taxes which Proposal the Feoffees thought proper to
to Accept and she signed an Agreement for that purpose and
paid a Gainea in part of the Rent to grow due for the same
