to Repair, uphold & maintain Etc the said House during the
Term of his said Lease where of these are upwards of Thirteen

Tenant to defray half of the Expence of building such party
Wall & not to the Feoffees-And Ordered that Mr Fisher do
Inform Mr Cocksedge of this Resolution

granted to the Parish of Aldgate London of the Peice of Ground
and Premisses in or near

in Hounsditch

The Feoffees now again took into Consideration the Expence of the Party
Wall of the House intended to be built by Deputy Cocksedge on Ground
taken by him of the City of London at Aldgate
next adjoining to the
House belonging to this Parish in Lease to Mr Jeremiah Atkinson< no role >
And after fully debating the Matter and taking the Opinion of Mr.
Smith their Surveyor upon the Subject Resolved that the Moiety
of the Expence of such Party Wall should be paid by their Tenant
Mr Atkinson And that the Vestry Clerk do Inform Mr Atkinson
thereof
