At a Meeting of the Guardians of
the Parish Poor Children held in the Workhouse
on Wednesday the 23d. day of January 1788

Present

Mr. Robert Young< no role >
Mr. Benjamin Curtis< no role > } Churchwardens


Mr. William Baker< no role >
Mr. John Watts< no role >
Mr. Deputy Harding
Guardians

The Master of the Workhouse reported that
Elizabeth Marchant< no role > and Jacob Anderson< no role > were
discharged with their Mother on the 12th. Instant
agreeable to the Orders of the last Meeting and
also that Susannah Wright< no role > was agreeable to the
Orders at said Meeting sent to Nurse Pluckrose
The 17th. December last

And that William Harrel< no role > and Mary Ann
Flaherty
< no role > who were at said Meeting also ordered
to be discharged with their parents have not
been taken away from the House yet but still
remain there

The Master likewise reported that Thomas
Roe aged five Years ten Months and twenty
days was brought to the Workhouse The 14th. Instant

Ordered that the said William Harrel and
Mary Ann Flaherty remain in the Workhouse
at their parents particular Request till the next
Meeting as also Thomas Roe< no role > that Enquiry may
be made by the Beadle in the Mean time as
to his Settlement
