The Master of the Workhouse reported that Elizabeth
Simpson Edward< no role > and John Coaly< no role > mentioned in
Minutes of the last Meeting still remain in the
Workhouse . That John and Ann Marchant< no role > m [..]
oned also in said Minutes were sent to Nurse to [..]
Moore at Camberwell the Nineteenth of August last
And that William Sherman< no role > and Sarah Ives< no role > .
mentioned likewise in said Minutes was discharged
with their Mother the thirteenth of September is [..]

The Master also reported that Sarah Hawkins< no role > aged
five years and nineteen days Elizabeth Hawkins< no role >
two Years and Eleven Months And Ann Hawkins< no role > aged
Year and three Months were admitted into the Workhouse
the Nineteenth day of August last William Coaly< no role >
was born in the Workhouse the Seventh day of September
last And Sophia and Isaac Rutter< no role > were again admitted
into the Workhouse the fifth Instant And that the
said Isaac Rutter died in the Workhouse The Seventh
Instant
