The Master of the Workhouse Reputed That John Wilkin< no role >
mentioned in the Minutes of the last Meeting was sent to
Nurse Moore's at Camberwell on the 4th. day of September
last And that Eleanor Lewis< no role > William Clark Mills< no role > &
Joseph Belgard< no role > mentioned also in the sd. Minutes still
remain in the House And Hunt Sarah Jones< no role > mentioned
also in the said Minutes to have been born in the Workhouse
on the 14th. day of August last died in the 23d. day of Septemr.
lastAlso Reputed that Martha Kirk Patrick< no role >
was born in the Workhouse in the 12th. day of September
last, and died the 2d. Instant

Ordered that the aforenamed Eleanor Lewis be discharged
form the Workhouse with her Mother And that William
Clark Mills and Joseph Belgard be sent as soon as
conveniently may be to Nurse Pluck rose at Wanstead [..] Barking
sides
