The Master of the Workhouse Reported that James
Ward< no role > mentioned in the Minutes of the last Meeting was on
the 22d. day of June last sent to Nurse Warwell as ordered
at said Meeting

Also that Elizabeth Pibble< no role > mentioned in the Minutes
of the last Meeting died in the Workhouse on the 18th. day of
June last

Also that the Female Child of WhenMas [..]
delivered in the Workhouse on the 8th. day of June last was
afterwards Baptized by the Name of Sarah & together with
Elizabeth Mason< no role > mentioned in the Minutes of last Meeting
was discharged with their Mother out of the Workhouse on
the 2d. Instant

Also That the 2 following Children have been admitted
into the Workhouse since the last Meeting (vizt.)

a Female Child of about 6 weeks old dropt in Green Yard
in Hounsditch on the 17th. of midsume who dyed the next day

& William Watts< no role > aged about 5 yeares dropt in George
Street in the Minories on the 23d. of sd. June

Ordered that the said William Watts who is in good
Health be Sent to the London Workhouse to be taken care of
