oath that divers Years ago She was hired & lived as a hired Servt
by the Year by & with Commissioner Jenkins in the
Victualling office in the Parish of St Botolph without
Aldgate in the Sd County at Ceratin Wages & Continued in Such
Service for the Space of a year & by means thereof gained
a legal Settlement there That She has not Since lived as a
hired Servant for the Space of a year elsewhere or done
or acquired by any Act what so ever or derived from her parents a Subsequent Settlemt
& that She was never married.

divers Years ago he was duly bound Apprentice to William
Wood
< no role > of Lower Eastsmithfield in the Parish of Saint.
Botolph without Aldgate in the Said County Pewterer & after
having Served about five Years of Such his Apprenticeship
in the Sd Parish his Said Master died & he this Deponent thereupon
Went to Sea That this Deponent has not Since lived as a hired
Servant for a year or rented a house of Ten pounds a year
or upwards or Served any Parish office or paid any Poors
Rates or Kings Taxes or done any Act to gain a Settlement
for himself Since Such his Apprenticeship as aforesaid to
his Knowledge or belief
