Years Ago he was duly bound to & Served the Whole of his Apprenticesp
with Robert Crew< no role > in the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Adersgate London Gold & Silver Wire Drawer & by means
thereof gained a legal Settlement there That he has not Since
rented a house of Ten pounds a year or upwards or Served any
Parish office or paid any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes or done
any Act to gain anothr Settlement That he hath a wife named
Elizabeth < no role > & three Children namely Sarah < no role > aged about Seven
years James < no role > Aged about three years & Jane < no role > aged about eight
Months the Issue of this Deponent by his Said wife to whom
he was lawfully married

that divers Years Ago She was hired & lived as ahired servant
by the Year at Ceratin Wages by & with Robert Hope< no role > in Horsely
Down Fair Street in the Parish of St John in Southwark in
the County of Surry & Continued in Such Service for the Space
of two Years & upwards & by means thereof gained a legal
Settlement there That She has not Since lived as a hired servant
for a year elsewhere nor was She ever Married nor hath
She done any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement
