birth a Scotchman & never did any Act to gain a Settlement
in England or Wales That he hath a Child named William
Allen
< no role > aged about Ten years the lawful Issue of this
Deponent by his late wife Rebecca < no role > which Child was born in
Red Lyon Street in the Parish of St Mary Whitechapel
in the Said County who hath done no Act to gain a Settlemt
for himself & this Deponent Can give no Account respecting
the Setlement of his sd wife or of her Parents or any or eithr
of them.

years & by means thereof gained a legal Settlement there That
She has not Since lived as a hired servant for the Space of a
year elsewhere or done any Act to gain anothr Settlement
That She hath two Children namely Thomas Fleming< no role >
aged about Thirteen year & four months & Robert Fleming< no role >
Aged about Four years & Ten Months both of whom was
born of this Deponts body in the Parish of St John Wapping
in the sd County That they are illegitimate & Bastards by
reason that She this Deponent was never married &neithr
of which Children have done any Act to gain a Settlemt for themselves
