Elizabeth Bayne< no role > the Wife of John Bayne< no role >
maketh oath That divers Years ago her said Husband
Rented a house of the Yearly Rent of Thirteen pounds in
Baileys Place in the parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate in the County of Middx & resided thereon for the
Space of one Year & by means thereof gained a legal
Settlement there That this Deponents said Husband
has not Since rented a house of the Yearly Rent of Ten
pounds or Served any Parish office or paid any Poors Rates or
Kings Taxes or done any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement
And that She hath Four Children Namely John< no role > Aged about
Eleven Years Elizabeth< no role > Aged about nine Years Catherine< no role >
aged about eight years & percival< no role > aged about two Years
the lawful Issue of this Deponent by her Said husband who
is now retained as a Labourer in his Majesties Dock Yard
at Portsmouth in the County of Southampton
