Ann Byrne< no role > the widow of James Byrne< no role >
deced maketh oath That divers years ago her Said late husband
lived in & rented a house at the yearly Rent of Nine Pounds in
that part of East smithfield Which lies in the Parish of Saint
John Wapping in the County of Middlesex and was Charged
to and Paid the Kings Tax for the Same & by means thereof
gained a legal Settlement there & that he did not afterwards
do any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement That She this
Deponent after his Death lived in & rented the Said house &
was charged to and Paid the Kings Tax for the Same and
by means thereof gained a legal Settlement in the Said Parish
in her own right & that She this Deponent hath not Since done
any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement to her knowledge or belief
