ago he was duly bound apprentice to and served the
Whole Term of his apprenticeship with Thomas Allen< no role >
in the Parish of St Dunstan in the East in the City
of London Chimney Sweeper And by Means thereof as he is advised gained
a Legal settlement there And this Depont Saith that
he never rented a house of Ten Pounds a year or upwards
nor ever Served any Parish offices or Paid any Poors
Rates or Kings Taxes Nor ever did any Act to gain a
settlement subsequent to his Said Apprenticeship
and that he is at Present an Unmarried Man
