William Isaac< no role > a singleman Maketh oath That divers
years ago he was bound Apprentice by Indre to John Carr< no role >
of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the County of
Middlesex Smith for the Term of Seven Years and Served the
Whole time of his apprenticeship in the said Parish and
by Means thereof as he is advised gained a legal settlement
there And this Deponent Saith that he has not since; lived as
a hired servant for a year nor rented a house of Ten Pounds a
Year or upwards nor served any Parish office nor Paid any
Poors Rates or Kings Taxes nor to his knowledge or belief
hath he done any Act whereby to gain a settlement subsequent
to his Said Apprenticeship.
