Ann Walsby< no role > the widow of Robert Walsby< no role > deced
Maketh oath that divers Years ago her said late husband
lived in and rented a house at the yearly Rent of Ten
Pounds and ten shillings by the year in orange Street in
the Parish of Saint Saviour in Southwarke in the County
of Surry and Continued in such house for the Space of a
year and Paid the Kings Tax for the same and by means
thereof as she is advised gained a legal settlement there
and this Deponent Saith that to her knowledge or belief her
said late husband never afterwards rented a house of Ten
Pounds a year or upwards or Paid any Poors Rates or kings
Taxes or served any Parish office or did any Act to gain a
subsequent settlement Nor hath she done any Act since his
death to gain a settlement in her own right to her knowledge
or belief And this Deponent farther Saith that she hath three
Children to Wit Jane< no role > Aged about fourteen Years Margaret< no role >
Aged about eight Years and Mary< no role > Aged about Six Years the
lawful Issue of this Deponent by her said late husband
