Nehemiah Cooley< no role > now a soldier in the Kings service belongg
to the Cold stream Regiment of Foot Guards Maketh oath
that his Father he this Depont. was born in the Parish of
Ivinghoe in the County of Bucks about Thirty Nine Years
Ago and by Means thereof & also in right of his said Father
who lived there then & for Many years since Carried on the
Business of a Smith and Paid all Parochial Taxes there he
this Depont. acquired a legal settlement there he this Depont
having never rented a house of Ten pounds a year or upwards
Nor served any Parish offices nor lived as a hired servant by
the Year nor done any Act to Acquire a settlement in his
own right And this Depont. saith that he hath a Daughter
Named Elizabeth< no role > aged about Nine Years the lawful issue
of this Depont by his late wife Deced
